Below are various links containing information about the three primary credit reporting agencies in Australia, where you can lodge a complaint at no expense. They commit to responding within 30 days. Additionally, you can reach out to ombudsmen, the information commissioner, the Australian Financial Complaints Authority, and the national debt helpline for support if you're facing difficulties in managing debts.
